- Synced content – the rows and columns you explicitly list in your Vectorify configuration file. This content is converted into embeddings and stored in a vector database hosted by Pinecone, which is SOC 2 Type II-audited, ISO 27001-certified, GDPR- and HIPAA-ready.
- Device and connection data (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP).
How we use your information
We may use the information we collect from you for various purposes, including:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To personalise your experience on our services.
- To respond to your comments, questions, and requests.
- To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
- To communicate with you about products, services, promotions, events, and other news and information we think will be of interest to you.
- To monitor and analyse usage patterns, trends, and activities in connection with our services.
No training on customer data – The text you sync or send to Vectorify is never used to train foundation models or shared with third‑party model providers.
2. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We will respond within one month as required under UK GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
